Line Cook prepares and cooks food using fryers, ovens, stoves, grills, flat tops, salad (cold) stations, and other kitchen equipment; strives to exceed customer expectations, follows recipes, preps and monitors level of food items, ensures that the kitchen is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, prepare food items as ordered by guests, washes dishes, and other duties as assigned. We are looking for applicants who are reliable, punctual, can follow safe food handling procedures, can multi-task while providing exceptional customer service, and who enjoy working in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Environment: This is an indoor position and outdoor position (grilling on the decks) which includes working in a hot kitchen. Must be able to stand for entire shift and regularly lift/carry 75lbs.
Qualifications: Experience as a cook is an advantage but not essential. Applicants must have a strong desire to learn from the Chefs, work hard, and create delicious food.
Seasonal position: Full time and part-time positions are available.
Pay: Ranges from $9.00-$13.00 per hour depending on experience

Angel Fire Resort began in 1966, as a small ski destination in Northern New Mexico. We are proud to have grown into a four-season resort offering a memorable Rocky Mountain experience for families, outdoor enthusiasts and groups.
The resort is located 8,600-feet above sea level in the Southern Rockies and has views of Wheeler Peak, the highest point in New Mexico.
