Looking for someone to manage a well established kitchen. No room for creativity, no room for change. Menus, recipes and systems already in place. Obviously strong cooking skills still needed. Must be able to maintain very high quality product in a very high volume environment. Extensive experience in high volume required. Must have great organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. You will be responsible for product, quality, cost, scheduling, labor control, etc.
