Dread River Distilling Co. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to develop, oversee and execute our culinary concepts ranging from daily and nightly menu curation to complete event catering. Dread River is a distillery-anchored venue consisting of a 9,000 square-foot production facility and 15,000 square-foot tasting room and event space. Our passion for creating high-quality, highly-customizable offerings to our guests extends from products to experiences and includes our bar and catering menus. We will offer excellent cuisine to accompany our bespoke spirit and craft cocktail experience.
An Executive Chef candidate should have all requisite experience in the kitchen to establish and maintain Dread River as a destination for quality culinary offerings. Also, the Executive Chef we be required to exhibit strong and constant leadership, creativity and collaboration. Duties may include, but are not limited to menu creation and execution, management of food and labor costs, and staff scheduling.
