Growing and Hiring an OPERATOR TRAINEE / GENERAL MANAGER – in the Burlington, NC area
Recruiting and developing a team that’s motivated to provide your guest with an exceptional experience, while rendering excellent guest service as well.
Ability to lead and coach a high preforming team of 20-40 employees.
Accurate and timely daily and weekly accounting.
Maintaining excellent food quality and safety by insuring prescribed holding times, recipes, use of timers, etc.
Follow brand standards.
Conducting himself/herself as a leader in Biscuitville as well as in the community.
Responsible for all operating costs and cash control.
Ensuring proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
Onboarding team members and coaching each on their desired career path.
