Wine Lab in The Camp in Costa Mesa is looking for back of house kitchen staff. Experience with food prep and plating, along with dish-washing in an often high table turnover environment. Multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and being able to interact with customers about the menu is required. Wine and cheese knowledge or eagerness to learn mandatory.Duties: Food prep, food plating, dish washing customer interaction regarding food items, light busing. Must have food handler certificate and prior experience. Part time Sunday, Monday & Tuesday early evenings starting immediately. Other occasional days to fill
