DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – This is a general guideline of duties not a complete job description:Recruiting and developing a team that’s motivated to provide your guest with an exceptional experience, while rendering excellent guest service as well.
Ability to lead and coach a high preforming team of 20-40 employees.
Accurate and timely daily and weekly accounting.
Maintaining excellent food quality and safety by insuring prescribed holding times, recipes, use of timers, etc.
Follow brand standards.
Maximizing sales.
Conducting himself/herself as a leader in Biscuitville as well as in the community.
Responsible for all operating costs and cash control.
Ensuring proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
Onboarding team members and coaching each on their desired career path.

Required Skills::
A minimum of five years of work experience in a quick service restaurant preferably at a General Manager level OR equivalent combination of experience and education. Ability to effectively manage and motivate employees in a fast paced environment. Proven ability to successfully control costs while increasing sales and profitability. Basic math and accounting skills with ability to understand profit and loss statements.
Annual Salary Range::
45K-50K Salary (weekly), plus Bonus (monthly)
