With the premiere Wedding venu in East Texas and a hi-end, off-premise catering company, we are growing faster than we could have ever imagined. We have a very ambitious business plan and are looking for a strong(mentally and physically) and talented Exec Sous Chef with mad production, management and presentation skills. We want a skilled catering chef who wants to learn every aspect of off-premise catering. You must be a leader with a positive attitude, a warrior’s heart and exceptional cooking skills. Only a chef with a well-developed palate and creative menu ideas will do. Your best days are ahead of you and it’s time for you to reach your full potential. As far as personality, you have no professional ego and you thrive working in a team environment.

As our Exec Sous Chef, the potential is here is unlimited. You will need exceptional cooking skills, tireless work ethic, an attention to detail, lots of ambition, innovative ideas, an effective management style and a desire to part of something very special. If you cannot write a detailed production list or quantify a menu in your sleep, this is not the job for you. We want someone on the upside of their career with a clear understanding of professionalism and an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence. Banquet or ala carte experience is nice, but it’s not nearly enough. We need that special person who loves the off-premise world. We require a professional chef who can improvise and dazzle with equal grace. Only the best of the best should apply. You must have an outstanding culinary background, peerless presentation skills and a very sophisticated palate. If you are looking for a place to hang, this is not it.

Our ideal candidate thrives on accountability, has extensive hi-end catering experience and is seeking a fresh start. We do have a no-cell phone policy in the kitchen or at parties and a limited tolerance for cigarette breaks while on the clock. However, we do offer lots of good humor, a premier product, party pay and the chance to part of something very special. Compensation and benefits based on experience. Yiou must get the food out on time, everytime. Manage and prep multiple custom-to-the-lcient menus. You must have outrageously delicious cooking skills.
