Restaurant Shift Manager is responsible for the success of the restaurant including interviewing, hiring, training, developing the work schedules, performance management, discipline, and making position assignments. Also works closely with the General Manager with duties related to accountability and responsibility for the profit and loss of the restaurant while controlling labor, waste, cost, and inventory. Orders supplies and ensuring that the store is properly stocked. Customer service, employee satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations are also critical parts of this position.
– High School Diploma required
– Minimum of 2 year in restaurant management experience in a quick service environment
