You will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations in your Unit while ensuring compliance with Bojangles’ standards in all areas of operations. You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills and previous management experience. We will provide you with the tools to learn through our on-going training and management programs.

Hourly Salary Range::
Shift Manager - up to $13.00 hourly, Assistant Unit Director - $30-40,000 (eligible for monthly bonus) and Unit Director up to $57,500 (eligible for monthly bonus)
