ETARU, a restaurant featuring contemporary Japanese Robatayaki cuisine will open its first location in South Florida later this summer in a spectacular oceanfront setting in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Brought to the United States by Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma restaurants worldwide and ROKA London, ETARU‘s menu revolves around the Robata Grill, with a concept which originated with the fisherman of Japan’s Northern coast who charcoal-grilled fish on their boats and shared with one another via outstretched oars.
