Responsibilities and Skills:
· 4 years or more management experience with Full-Service Restaurants.
· Maintains staffing levels for FOH staff.
· Hire, train, supervise, motivate and develop staff.
· Participate in inventory each period.
· Acute attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
