Primary responsibilities in support include overseeing the day-to-day functions, recruiting, training & developing talent, sourcing the best entertainers in the business, maintaining proper inventory and supply levels, planning of special events and promotions, maintaining active social media initiatives, ensuring all BOH and FOH operations are running smoothly which in turn ensures the club is meeting appropriate levels of sales and profit margins.

Management (BOH/FOH) and/or Lead experience within the Hospitality Industry including but not limited to gentlemen's clubs, night clubs, bars, restaurant, and hotels.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant POS systems (e.g. Aloha). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast paced fun environment and perform duties with high attention to detail and accuracy, always acting in the best interests of the Company.
