Acts as Assistant to Executive Chef in preparation, cooking, and expediting. Prepares or assists in preparation of complete meals – preparing and cooking soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, etc. . ..
Responsible for opening the kitchen for lunch, lunch prep, lunch service and prep for dinner service. Works under guidance and direction of the owner/manager and Executive Chef. Must be able to work well with others, have an even temperament. Pay based on experience and will be discussed in interview.

This is a 84-seat family-owned restaurant located on a lake in Lincoln Trail State Park, just south of Marshall IL. Currently undergoing renovations to enlarge the kitchen, install new equipment, adding an additional 60 seats.
