Insures all team members are well trained and execute, every day, flawless service to our valued guests. We utilize great leadership abilities to insure our positive guest experience results in a profitable restaurant. This is accomplished by executing proper staffing levels commensurate with projected business volumes.
Training is the hallmark, guaranteeing a perfect Guest Experience. Our staff training is designed to prepare all crew members to execute great service. We have a “formula” for our service outcomes similar to following a recipe in the kitchen.
Our dining room managers will have some kitchen training, allowing him/her working knowledge of our kitchen. They are expected to work positively and closely with kitchen manager to insure guest satisfaction.
Most weeks our manager work 5 days (42 hours).
