Food and Beverage Manager for the Central Virginia Golf Facilities of Traditional Golf Properties:

Royal New Kent Golf Club, Brickshire Golf Club, and Stonehouse Golf Club


Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

– Ordering of Food, N/A & Alcoholic Bev, Paper/Kitchen Supplies

– Menu Creation for daily grille operations

– Assistance with members for menu creation w/ special events

– Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of grill kitchens

– Inventory Managements & Cost Controls

– During off-season months working grill shifts to minimize costs

– Management of ALL special group F&B Events


Previous experience managing or assisting with the management of small to medium sized F&B operations is a plus.  Experience in Cooking, Special Event Catering, Menu Creation, and Staff Service Training also very much preferred.


This is a full time year round position. Salary range $32,000- $39,000. Past History suggests special event gratuities of $8,000 – $12,000 can be expected.  Incentive compensation for the EBITDA performance of the F&B operations can also be provided. Health/Dental Available after 90 days of employment. Other benefits include vacation, uniform allowance, cell phone allowance, and travel allowance
