Overview

As General Manager, the individual is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant. He/she must adhere to the work ethics set by the company and be passionate about the work.

Some of the job responsibilities include:

Help in the leadership & development of team members
Help in the sales performance
Help in the customer service
Help in the community involvement
Help in the execution of brand excellence
Manage the overall business of the restaurant
Maintain operational excellence
Demonstrates leadership behavior
Provide excellent store customer service experiences
Utilize financial tools to analyze financial reports
Review business practices
Train and discipline team members as and when needed
Maintain positive relations with the customers
Must be able to work 50 hours per week
5 years supervisory experience within a food company
College degree preferred
Computer proficiency with MS Office
Ability to stand and bend regularly
Lift 40 lbs
Must work in temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
