We’re looking for FOH Management with strong knowledge of service standards, bar procedures, managing the front desk and overall floor management. A strong knowledge of wines is a plus. Position demands strong service and training skills with leadership abilities to focus on managing the FOH staff, both service and bar. All candidates need to have an assertive personality and the ability to think on your feet. Our Bistro requires management to react to frequent changes and make appropriate decisions regarding staff, volume trends and guest situations. Our concept focuses on a world class wine program, seasonal California cuisine with menus changing frequently. We have high volume lunch and dinner services so good floor skills in managing guest flow and backing up service and bar staff is a must.
