  • 2+ years Leadership / MANAGEMENT experience
  • Guest Service experience in a restaurant environment
  • People experience – hiring / firing / training / development / proper policy management
  • Experience working in a scratch Kitchen as a cook, supervisor or manager
  • Social Media knowledge and understanding of how to use to drive traffic


  • All day-to-day operations for up to 3 venues
