We are looking for full time (32+ hours per week) Pastry chef at a growing company that offers opportunity to lern and advance.

We offer flexible work schedule with weekends off and paid vacation time.

Lana’s Dazzling Desserts has been in business for 11 years.  Our unsurpassed quality, unique visual appeal, and flavorful creations, makes us a gem within the European bakery community.

Duties:

Work with the head pastry chef in the daily production of 20+ recipes. You must be able to follow instructions and recipes to meet exact standards. This is a high volume production environment and you must have a high sense of urgency.

Required Skills::
The ideal candidate will have some experience and show a willingness to learn more. Great attention to detail, creativity and organizational skills are a must. The candidate should be able to multi-task, should be able to lift 50 lbs. above waist, should be able and willing to maintain a clean working environment. Food safety certification is required.
Desired Skills::
Professional cake decorating experience is not required but useful.
