Experience with grilling meats, deep frying, salad/sandwich prep. Also maintaining a clean working environment and ability to work under pressure effectively with co-workers in a fast paced environment.

Fri, Sat 2p-10:30p
Sundays 4p-9p
Cooking Equipment Knowledge:

Deep fryer
Grill (Char-Broil)
Salad/Sandwich Prep Station
Essential Duties:

Follows recipes and/or product directions for proper food preparation
Maintains quality control for all products, using proper food handling guidelines including food temperature control and proper storage of all products
Prepares equipment for cooking and maintains a clean and sanitized work station
Performs any other duties as assigned by Head Cook
Able to read food order tickets in English
Physical Demands:

Ability to spend long hours standing and work with continuous movement of hands, arms, legs and feet including reaching, bending or lifting. Must be comfortable lifting heavy cooking utensils such as pots and pans up to 60lbs. Able to work in extreme heat conditions of a busy kitchen environment.
